Relinker — command-line program that converts an input clean ELF executable to the selected target format. On Windows, pass --windows; the .exe output filename alone is insufficient.
PRX system libraries — host-compatible libraries required at runtime. Place the correct target-OS versions in the libs/ directory beside the converted executable—not the game's original bundled modules.
